3. Product Information

All of our playdough and kits are handmade, so colours, textures, and scents may vary slightly from batch to batch. We do our best to display product images accurately, but small variations may occur.

Our products are intended for supervised play only and are not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to update pricing, shipping fees, or product availability at any time.

Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website.

5. Shipping

We offer R99 flat-rate delivery within South Africa.

Processing and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the timelines and terms stated there.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee:
If you’re not satisfied with your playdough, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements are issued as outlined in our Returns Policy.

7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete shipping and order information. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect details entered at checkout.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, branding, text, and logos — is the property of The Playdough Kitchen and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses
