30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you and your little ones to love your playdough. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll talk you through the returns process and gladly offer a full refund under our Happiness Guarantee.
To help us assist you quickly, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos are helpful if there’s a defect or damage). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or provide a refund right away.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our playdough is a handmade, sensory product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has left our studio, we cannot resell it — even if it has been unopened — to ensure strict hygiene and safety standards for all customers.
