Processing Times
All playdough is handmade fresh to order.
Please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be prepared, packed, and dispatched.
During busy periods (holidays, sales, or large order volumes) processing times may extend slightly, but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within approximately 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Major cities typically receive parcels faster, while outlying areas may take a little longer.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel has been shipped. You can follow its journey and check delivery updates at any time.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, a reshipping fee may apply.
